We stayed for 1 night, tbe room was lovely, comfy carpet and beds, tea and coffee facilities were provided. The hotel was on a bus route so was ideal, bus stop was right outside the hotel. Would like to stay again.

The hotel was in a lovely location. With efficient service. The rooms may benefit from a little upgrade of carpets and the beams were dusty. The room we had used a shared bathroom which was fine to use however it was a walk down some stairs which are carpeted not most hygenic. The fire alarm went off at 6am and it did take owner 7 minutes to arrive to response and check. After this we were able to return to rooms for rest. The hotel is 35 mins walk from centre of York lovely when a nice day.

Comfy place

The hotel feels like a B&B. The bathroom is small and the quality of toiletries is a bit poor. The room layout is very warm, the view outside the window is beautiful, and the mattresses in the UK are very soft.

There is no kitchen and there is only one chair in the room for 3 people.

Self-service check-in, spacious room, complete facilities

The room is very good, the price is still very attractive, but the smell in the corridor is quite bad, I hope it can be cleared
