We were concerned when there was no one at the check in desk when we arrived. The sign said that they were working with another customer. After several minutes a young man arrived wearing a baseball cap who checked us in. When we arrived at our room it smelled musty, we sprayed a disinfectant which helped. The room needs to be updated big time. One tv was missing, the bed and pillows were like boards. Worst than all of this was breakfasts the following. There was only one bagel. The cream cheese was in a family stile container which was located in a small refrigerator that was coated with ice inside. Mop board were protruding 2 in from the wall. General the whole property needs a lot attention. Maybe a bulldozer might be best. Country inn and suites are not what they were a few ago.

This was my second time at the Wyndham Garden York for a Women’s motorcycle rally. The staff is so friendly and accommodating to everyone who was there. The courtyard is a fabulous place to hang out for chatting and games. There isn’t a bad room in the place!

The hotel is in a good location, fully furnished, very clean, pleasant scenery and wide parking. The suite is large and comfortable, with a kitchen stove, tableware, microwave oven, dishwasher and so on. Breakfast was good and there was a delicious beer (15 knives) at night. The front desk service is also very good.

I thought this hotel was a very good value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff was very friendly. The young lady who checked us in was very professional and personable. The cleaning staff were also wonderful. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend us hotel.
