Our room was not the greatest. Stayed in a Queen Deluxe, No Smoking. First, NO HOT WATER in morning, had to take cold shower. Told the front desk at checkout and only reply was "Oh thanks for letting us know". OLD furniture in room, semi clean in bathroom. The ****** is VERY UNDERSTAFFED. Went to ****** Sunday morning, table games didn't open until 9:00am, then only had HALF a Crap Table open, and two black jack tables, because we were told ****** doesn't have enough dealers. On the bright side, the Dealers, that were working, were very friendly and very polite.

Used to enjoy comming to Beltera but this time we were really disappointed. No longer have the buffet open and alot of the slots were unpluged or not working. Only two of the shops were open. Maybe they are remodeling?

Room was clean, but the heater in the hall was making a shrill noise. I asked to have maintenance look at it. The guy came up was rude and the noise was louder when he left. The only way you could not hear the noise was with the tv on. So needless to say we slept with the tv on.
We normally have good visits here. But not this time. Staff at Stadium restaurant was rude as well.

Ask me what I didn’t like. I booked a smoke free room and our room stunk like cigarettes so bad that I had to spray perfume all over just so we could sleep in there
