The hotel experience itself was pretty regular, comfy bed and good programs on the tv but what made my stay so good was the kind staff at the front desk helping me with anything I might need

Hotel going through renovation. Rooms had already been completed but our room still showed signs that needed some work. Overall quality of hotel is lower than some other Holiday Inn Expresses I have stayed at. Noise level was fairly loud.

We checked in in the afternoon. The personnel who checked us in was not efficient but friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The gentleman with me was from South Africa and she advised what he should eat, what he should see and do on his short stay. Everything that she advised was perfect. She made it a great event.

Great hotel!! Nice staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this spot. The rooms are always clean and well kept. Lots of restaurants opinions around here. Plenty of truck parking. Well lite parking lot. The remodeling they are doing looks great.

While there are many options to choose from in the area, I choose the Holiday Inn Express in Downer’s Grove almost every week for my overnight business stays. The rooms are very clean and there’s a ton of parking space which I love. The breakfast is complimentary and actually very good for a hotel! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone

I have been staying here for over a year for work and it’s has been a great experience even with the remodel not one single issue breakfast is always hot and ready on time helps get the day going would recommend for anyone to stay here short or long term you wonld be disappointed

Beautifully renovated property so cozy and comfortable front desk agents are wonderful. They treat you like family and they I recently upgrading the whole property so that should be fun to see the final results. Location location is excellent and I will sure to be back next time. I’m in town.
