Great place to stay with family and friends I will enjoy staying more often

I was worried about the hotel before I booked it, but it's a three-story building. There is an elevator and the floor is carpeted. The morning went well and I rested well. It was built quite a long time ago, but it was well maintained. I really like the Trip.com site. It wasn't a trip, I had some personal things to see.

I had booked a room for 5 people. I got a room for 4. Very inconvenient since it was 10pm to find another hotel.

I NEVER have any issues when I stay here. I fly into town once a quarter for a week of work. Easy check in, breakfast, laundry facilities, gym: ALL CLEAN!! I have enough room in my room for yoga and workouts. Friendly desk staff and, even though this trip had a weather travel delay, there were no issues checking in when I did arrive. My rentals are safe in the parking lot - there just aren't enough nice things to say about this Days Inn.

Staff was not pleasant. I asked for late check out and she said it would be $$20 for an additional hour, when I said never mind she said I could stay half an hour more for free. The included breakfast is VERY limited! I would not stay here ever again. Gym wasn’t working and I wouldn’t call that a gym. This location shouldn’t even be in *******, it is horrible.

Parking lot had trash everywhere. Our room was somewhat clean but the bathroom lacked cleaning. We left for a wedding and when we arrived back at 11:15pm our room keys were disabled and we could not get into our room. In the morning my kids wanted to have some juice and when we used the juice ma home the apple juice had pieces of mold and other things floating in the cup.

Room floor was sticky. You had to wear a foot covering at all times. There were stains in the tub that looked like fecal matter. There was dried phlegm on the wall by the window. Front clerk was extremely rude & obnoxious. When l asked for some paper towels to clean up a coffee spill, he told me to clean it up with the napkins that were there. As l did, he screamed at me from behind the counter, scolding & belittling me in front of other guests.He called me a profane name several times. I left my stay early based on this employee's rude, unprofessional, & aggressive behavior.

The bathroom floor was spongy with a pit/crater in the middle. There were loose tiles, one of which had wet caulking. The room also had a strange smell, and the air exchanger did nothing to change it... We are not sure where it was coming from.

Dead bugs in the lights. The door handle broke off the bathroom door and the shower head didn't work, water exploded all over the bathroom. There were bugs on the ceiling every night and the door to the room didn't close. The key card stopped working everyday. The elevator didn't work right.

Registered at this hotel due to its advertised gym facility however most of the gym was broken and nonfunctional. If you are looking for a cheap crash pad then this place may do the trick but if you are interested in a nice plac, probably best to go elsewhere.

Not clean. The room was smelly and there was a bug flying around the room!

i have pictures to back up everything i wasn’t the happiest guest staying there because of it.

Staff was not helpful. Restroom exhaust does not work. In the breakfast, they only had a few bread, butter and cheese. I have stayed in other Days Inn. By far this is the worst.
