The hotel was not properly advertised. The appeal to the location, swimming pool and hot tub, is not working. Nowhere on ******* or their site did it give a warning that certain amenities are unavailable. Had that been made known, I would not have booked the room.
Over the weekend I was told there would be a waiver submitted due to some information that was not accurate with my booking and I wanted to know the status of that waiver and even to expect funds to be returned.
The customer service rep said the hotel was refusing to refund my money, which was NOT the truth. The hotel actually wanted to refund me, since I did not stay in the room and they probably sold that room to someone else that weekend.
The property was old, and depressed looking. The lights were dim and the hotel was not inviting, nor aesthetically pleasing. There were a lot of halls in the main floor that looked spooky due to having the lights turned off and cleaning supplies (brooms, mops, dustpans, mop buckets) out the open. I would definitely never recommend this location even to my worst enemy.

I loved the size of the facility -- could take the stairs easily. Room was quiet, The front desk staff was wonderful - a warm welcome upon our arrival, and helpful helpful. Victor, building engineer, Ryiara (sp) (worked front desk on Thursday evening while we were there) and Manager were exceptional. Room had bathroom issues and a visibly unclean sheet on bed - both of which dismayed and disappointed me. Thank you.
