I had stayed 2 separate times. The 1st time our room didn't have lights in the bathroom. Maintenance came 3 days later to put our light bulbs in. While she way there she noticed that the stool wasn't working right. She told me she would be back to fix it and didn't that same night it overflowed extremely bad from the bathroom to the bed. I had to stay in that room overnight then got moved next door. The 2nd room had a few roaches ok fine I feel any place you go may have a few roaches. We checked out and returned 1 day later. We were placed in a different room different building. Now that room had alot of roaches. I killed 18, not including the 1 that was in the fridge. It wasn't there when I put my food in the fridge. I went to the front desk and my options were to get a refund or move to another room. I told her that whats the possibility of seeing more. She said we can't guarantee that you won't seeany in that room. She did offer me my money back, but it was Thanksgiving what were my chances of finding another room on a holiday. We stayed until the end of our stay, and went and stayed at a different hotel. I only had 1 issue with the staff. There were 2 people in my room. I would go down to get my breakfast. I always got 2 muffins and 2 oatmeal. The front desk clerk said I can only get 1. I said but its 2 in my room. He said that he has to come get it his self. I feel if you have upto and including 4 guest in your room then you should be able to grab enough for your 4 peopl
