The water does not get hot, it only gets lukewarm. They have dirty pipes so the water comes out brown and the is only fixed after you tell them. Would not give a partial refund for cold water- just some cheap people making a living.

Receptionist is not friendly on our arrival. We were asking questions but responded rude to us.
On the other hand, room is clean.
