During my weekend stay at the hotel for a wedding, the experience was overshadowed by a persistent problem with our room key. Without fail, every time we returned to our room, we faced the inconvenience of a malfunctioning key, forcing us to trek back and forth to the lobby for replacements. Shockingly, instead of offering any form of assistance or compensation for the inconvenience, the staff simply handed us new keys and waited for us to report back on their effectiveness. This utter lack of proactive service left us feeling frustrated and thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience. In addition, they charged our purchases to another family members room. Even after telling the staff to please charge things to the PROPER room.
