This place is fabulous. Authentic. Beautiful wood and stone buildings. Gorgeous lounge with open log fire and views over the Smoky Mountains. Staff superb- friendly, helpful and efficient. Room lovely - spacious, comfortable, balcony with rocking chairs! Bed comfortable. Bathroom beautiful. All you need and more - fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toiletries, etc. Lovely pool area indoors and out. Beautiful golf course. Great walks. Food in bar area was good, and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

This was a weekend getaway with my wife for our 40th Anniversary. The hotel was great. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was great. The dining room had excellent food and the service was great. All the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. We will definitely be going back.

What a real gem in NE Georgia! We only stayed one night on our way through the area but should have stayed at least 2-3. Beautiful setting! The amenities offered are exceptional. We had spa trea**ents…high quality. Everything on the grounds and in the facilities were nice, clean and inviting. It would also be a great setting for families…reunions, weddings or just a fun getaway.

My daughter and I recently spent eight days at Brasstown Resort. I take my other two daughters and their families on cruises but this daughter does not like to cruise, so I came up with the idea of a resort. Brasstown fit the bill and what a wonderful choice it was. We stayed in a cabin above the lodge surrounded by woods but a short downhill walk to the lodge. The added plus was that they allowed dogs in the cabins as she didn’t want to leave her pup at home. I had made reservations two of the nights at two of the recommended restaurants nearby but canceled them after eating at the lodge. The food was delicious and the service even better. Linnae and Mary were are servers on alternating nights and they were superb and just plain nice….they made our dinners there a real treat. On the nights that the restaurant was closed we ate at Brassies…..Brett and Troy went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the food was great too. Neither one of us play golf or tennis but the spa and horseback riding was perfect. Mary, Will, and Conan were awesome…you have to try the Native American trea**ent, what a great experience. I can’t forget to mention Eugene who took me back to the cottage each night and always greeted us with a smile at the doors of the lodge. The rest of the staff was just as nice and accommodating. As I was checking out I made reservations for another eight days next year…same place, same time. I have traveled all over the world but I highly recommend Brasstown Resort.

Even though there are other hotels and resorts in the area that are cheaper, we continue to return here for the warm and cozy lobby ambience. They always have a fire burning in the massive fireplace and the views off the porch are amazing. Our favorite destination in the north Georgia mountains.

My husband and I stayed here in December of 2022 and was not pleased. The hotel was very dirty inside and out, the room smelled musty and the bathroom was dirty and very worn. We did stay again in February of 2023 but things were still not how they should have been so we have not been back because of that. We decided to try again and we were very PLEASED with the cleanliness of the outside, windows and especially that the room did not smell! We can tell that you and your team have been working hard to make the resort great again! We will be back!!

Been to several Holiday Brunches over past 6 months. Quality of food continues to decline. ***** Loin badly undercooked, vegetables overcooked, chicken tough, shrimp waterlogged, “lobster thermidor” an insult. Desert bar outstanding. $310 for four was way overpriced for this poorly prepared Easter Brunch

We always enjoy our stay at Brasstown. The lobby is beautiful. The grounds are lovely. The breakfast and dinner buffets are wonderful. Literally the only thing that could have been a bit better would have been if housekeeping had not banged the doors as they were cleaning rooms. But all in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property and helpful staff but first night fire alarm kept going off and our room got super hot during the night but then got comfortable by morning.
