We had a terrible experience with the resort marina regarding slip rental. One rude and overbearing person after another. We are very astute business owners ourselves. Very sloppy business. These people were completely inflexible from a dockmaster to a So called VP of customer service promoted from bartender. Based upon warning from friends we should have stayed away.

The lobby of the resort is beautiful. I booked online for a business real estate trip, I booked directly on the hotel site. The rooms are dated and mattress not comfortable. They have a laminated "Amenities list " in the room, it had hot cider listed as available in the lobby, when I ask about it they did not have any , nor did they have it for 3 days I was there. Also they listed "marshmallows" to roast over the fire, also none available. Why have this in the room if its never available, especially in January when people would appreciate this. I would not stay here again

Shouldnt be charged $25 resort fee. No smores, no apple cidar in lobby, phones in room dont work. Not sure what a resort fee was for ontop of $5.00 daily hotel fee. That i wasnt told about till i got my receipt emailed to me.. No breakfast of any kind in hotel.
Hotels need to stop nickle and diming people. If your gonna charge a resort fee have amenities like breakfast. Staff was nice, room was nice, but wanna know why charged those fees for Nothing.

Very peaceful. The room was comfortable however the heating unit was very loud. Only one towel provided until requested.
