We never did hear from or see staff. No hot water but room was clean and quiet.

Rooms are old but clean and refreshed. Host Hema always cheerful, helpful, available. Rough around the edges but quiet and easy check in and check out. Rooms stay cool even in the extreme East Alberta heat. Bed was comfortable
