房間設施陳舊，用品配備不齊，沒有紙巾，衞生紙也衹有很小的一卷，僅夠一個人半天的使用；早餐更是十分簡單，不夠一個國際酒店的標準，更不夠四星級酒店的標準，應該是二星級水平的國內招待所。

前台服務水平極差，看人下菜碟，一壯漢在我後面進來的，卻先給壯漢辦理，不懂得先後秩序嗎？給我們辦入住的時候愛搭不理的，態度極差！真不知道怎麼評上的四星。總之以後堅決不會選擇這個酒店了。

這是我們住過最差的4星級酒店，簡直就是招待所的感覺，設施太陳舊了，環境也差，就説不能改變硬件最起碼改變下軟件設施呀，鏡前燈還是燈管呢，調控台和洗手間還是30年前我住酒店時的感覺（不誇張，10幾歲和我媽單位出去玩時住的那種），最可以立竿見影改變的洗漱用品也是最廉價的，早餐更是差的幾乎不知道吃什麼。這酒店太不用心了。差差差

Conferences and meetings can be held in one of seven multi-media meeting rooms. The largest room can seat up to 350 persons.
