Power was out all night and into the next day.main staff left the facility and luckily one person stayed to register me manually…. Emergency lights went out completely so exiting was horrible….ended up getting locked out into a fence area that I had to climb out and over the shrubs. They could have done better and offered nothing for the extreme inconvenience. Unfortunately I’ll have to stay there ago due to work.

Nice looking, but poor operational integrity. No hangers in closet, Vera awkward shower door (opens directly next to toilet seat, had to step around to get in and out), non-functioning bedside usb chargers and outlets, same for TV console, toilet whistles when refilling, fridge makes constant gurgling sound.. Very mediocre breakfast options. No one did a QA check on our room, even though it was just renovated. Poor oversight! Abysmal dining options. Will not book again.

The room that we stayed in was big. It was the best hotel room we have experienced over the past many years at many places.

This is the second time it's happened to me that they somehow don't give me my deposit back I will not stay here again because it would be my fault if I went the third time and didn't get my money back again but last time it was $100 deposit so now all together they've kept $150 of mine for deposit and not giving it back
