Buen hotel , sobre todo el jardín espectacular con buenas vistas, restaurante típico Peruano , habitaciones amplias con dos camas grandes y un baño correcto, muy agradable en general, como siempre se agradece la amabilidad de los empleados

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia de gran CALIDAD.porque hemos encontrado la Calidad en todo : El confort de la cama y su edredón , de los mejores. La calidad del albornoz de la habitación .Aunque no parezca importante, también Un buen secador de pelo. Tiene un servicio de restaurante excelente tanto para los desayunos como cenas. Lo mejor por encima de todo? La atención y profesionalidad de su personal . Un 10

Five stars isn’t enough. Fabulous staff, unbelievable views and grounds that would make any botanical garden envious. 4 adults and two children and everyone agreed it was great. Quaint brewery and shop across the street and a short walk to parts of the original Inca trail. Highly recommend!

I got here in an impromptu stop in a quaint little town in the andes. Little did I know that I was going to arrive in a little jewel settled between mountains and an ancient culture. There was peace and a sense of wonderment that grew exponentially over the time I spent here. Well located, peacefull, great facilities, excellent service were the stepping stones for a magnificent experience that drove me to extend my stay and use the time to explore around. If we add the great cuisine and comfortable rooms, well what can I say.... superb. Poetry made in hospitality. Over breakfast I had the best French Toasts I ever had... and I have been around. To start the day with that piece of heavenly flavor was just the corollary of my stay here. I just don't recommend it, I thoroughly endorse and must insist you stay here. You can thank me later. It was not an stay in a lovely place. It was an experience I will never forget.

Son nada profesionales, excepto el persona limpieza y mozos. Durante años usé este hotel para mis labores de trabajo, pues el espacio y la acomodación se adaptaba a mis fines. Pero he tenido que lidiar con actitudes irrespetuosas desde su cocinero y la gerencia. Solo en el último año, a pese de haberles informado de la exigente de restricciones alimentarias, dos de los pasajeros a mi cargo tuvieron reacciones alérgicas. Y a pesar de que se informó y esperaba una disculpa hacia los afectados, y comprometerse a ello, no lo hicieron. Aun esperando que eso podría venir en mi última reserva en este año intempestivamente se comunicaron para cambiarme del lugar que requiero para mis actividades. Sin volver a responder de garantizarme lo solicitado en la reserva. Y a pesar de haber hablado con su gerente y solicitar por escrito confirmación sin cambios no respondieron. Me vi obligado a cancelar mis reserva a ultimo momento por la incertidumbre generada y tener que resolver en corto tiempo que me quedaba en un otro hotel. Mucho cuidado con este hotel, solo son mercaderes del turismo y nada profesionales. Al punto que en un momento sirvieron un plato de comida que contenía un pedazo de vidrio !!!

Todo fue un sueño el hotel es totalmente hermoso, el personal súper atento… salimos muy enamorados de este hotel es mágico, desconectar de todo y solo escuchar pájaros y el viento ame mucho y espero regresar pronto muy recomendado 🤍😌❤️ gracias 🙏🏻

Our group stayed here only one night in transition to Aguas Calientes. Of all of the hotels we stayed at while in Peru, this is by far the best one!. Nice, modern, clean rooms, beautiful grounds, and the food was excellent! Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The view from the dining room of the Andes was awesome. We couldn't believe the view while sipping on our morning coffee. We did not want to leave. Customer service was top notch - They were very helpful and friendly, even if we did not speak Spanish very well. Dinner the night before Probably the best meal we had while in Peru. I don't have the photos of the food that my friends ordered. But they ordered more traditional dishes. I wanted something quick and easy so I ordered a burger, which was great and perfect for late dinner with wine. We arrived after 8pm and were tired and hungry and they did not disappoint. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
