I recently stayed here for 3 nights so I had pretty extensive experience going around Yandang Mountain from this base. Good location as it’s right next to Sanzhe Waterfall - making it convenient to hop on and off the park bus to go to other attractions. It’s about 900m to the main commercial road so it’s quieter, and also turned out to be strategic as it’s not too far to Lingyan (the most popular attraction) so I could walk there when the park was too crowded due to the recent free-entrance festival. In terms of service and hospitality, the lady boss and the other ladies managers were very helpful and friendly! Not only they offered to upgrade my room, they even came check oon me when I was late fore breakfast. At this price point, it completely surpassed my expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were a bit concerned before arriving because I had read that this place is not well known to foreigners and we speak no Chinese. However, we received a warm welcome from the hotel reception, and faced no issues communicating. Thank goodness for translation apps and patient people! The hotel provides pick up from the train station; we took a taxi and were reimbursed since that was easier for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful, so don’t worry if you speak no Chinese: they will find a way to understand and help you.
The hotel is within walking distance of two scenic areas. For the others, the hotel arranged a driver for us, although we could have managed with ride hailing or local buses. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities.

Great location right in the heart of Yandangshan National Park! Friendly and courteous front desk staff and the bed was quite comfortable. Room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and functioned well. Great value!

The bed is horrible hard like sleeping on the floor no padding at alland the light of the room is not bright enough .
The only thing is the bed not comfortable

The room is spacious and clean, especially the bed is very comfortable. After a day of climbing the mountain, I came back and had a good sleep.
