這不是第一次訂漢廷，因為覺得是連鎖的會比較乾淨安全，去年和今年八月中旬還訂過別的城市的，當時還聽了他們客服的建議花49塊錢註冊會員，退掉了網上的訂單在他們那裡預訂的，服務態度都挺好。但是這次我提前在攜程看了，價格比他們的官網便宜，所以在攜程訂的，但是去之後感覺這一家服務態度不是很好，可能是看到我不是通過他們的平台訂的酒店，所以差別對待吧。尤其是退房的時候感覺特別不好！我是2:30左右的火車，然後準備一點鐘回酒店休息一會兒，2點退房，但是前台説我超時了，費用得算到晚上，辦入住的時候也沒有提前説必須12:00退房啊，而且前台就算不提前告知也可以在退房時間到了時打電話詢問客人是否需要續住或退房吧，而不是任由超時再扣費。前台還跟旁邊類似經理的男士説我們是中介訂單，已經超時了。最後旁邊那個經理説先辦理退房但可以給我們一個臨時房卡讓我們進去休息，我們也同意了。總之覺得服務態度不好！
