The operators are money-hungry, they are used to taking foreign currency from foreign tourists, and they get upset when local tourists come. They price the extra services you want in euros. The location of the rooms is not as it appears on the website, we bought our room because it was in Ayder Plateau, they showed us a house further down and said this is your villa. There are 4 rooms in the house, you cannot use one of them, the heater is not working. There is nothing you can use in the house (water, tea, shampoo, toilet paper), the bed linens are dirty and not hygienic at all. If you go after 9 pm, there is no place to meet your personal needs.
