The STENCH of lavender (?) bleach enveloped the entire lobby and halls. It was AWFUL. The first room had a broken AC that wouldn't cool (it was 98 degrees out) and the TV didn't work. The elevators were like a sauna - no AC The second room had wonderful AC (but WHY should I have had to tell them that the first room wasn't up to par). However, the fan in the bathroom was broken, and the hair dryer had been pulled off the wall and they didn't bother to patch and paint. I felt as though I was in a low end hotel. The staff never smiled once. I felt like I was "inconveniencing her" to even be there.

the térmites where good company and made me feel comfortable even when they gave me rashes and allergic reactions and when they bite me it gets me hard it was a great experience and the termites would pleasure me by sucking it and letting me hit

The suite was dirty. Hair in the shower, a wad of hair in the toilet when I walked into my room late last night. The air/heat didn’t work at all. There was no hot water for me to shower this morning. I even waited for 2 hrs and still no hot water. The best thing about my stay was the breakfast. The little bottles of shampoo, conditioner & body wash must have been for show because it get were empty. When I checked in the gentleman behind the desk was like Oh a suite let me see if I have any. I had a reservation so why was this an issue. Never again will I stay here. Not worth the cost.

The room was not cleaned properly( there was old trash and items from the previous person), and was not notified that the pool and gym was out of order which was a main reason why I booked this hotel.

I am so pleased with each visit to this location. Check-In/Check-Out is a breeze. The prices here are excellent and the hotel is run with great care. The staff are very professional and attentive. My room(suite) was amazing! Any requests were taken care of accordingly, and with kindness. I feel truly welcome as a guest here.

Superb, friendly, quiet, and breakfast sure had a lot to offer. You will not be disappointed staying here. This is now our home away from home stop our next road trip.

Had 3 different rooms because things in the rooms did not work. The 3rd room a/c didn't work til the next morning. Pool was dirty even after it was said to be cleaned day after arrival. There were no waffles which is why we booked the hotel and also pool. We were not satisfied with our stay. The hotel staff was very nice. Had many other problems as well

Hotel has an odor in the rooms and halls. Rooms are dirty as well as the furniture. Hotel staff was uninterested in our stay or issues that happened during the stay. Booked online for 3 night stay checked out after 1 night. Beware they will charge your card for the full stay upon checking in.
