Halime Yuksekova was outstanding leader and amazing had special cherished memories from arrival to departure. As a Hilton Diamond member I was delighted with the service, greetings and welcome from all the staff. It was pleasure to meet Halime, Ms Azade and Seyfettin almost on a daily basis whom ensured that my stay was a memorable one. Front desk guys always cheerful and welcoming, Ceylan, Ciem and Fatma. Housekeeping rarely do get a mention in reviews Bahar was welcoming and greeting every time she cleaned the room, also excellent communications skills along with Rojben who went to extra mile whilst she seen I was praying without a prayer mat with immediate effect got it, and said it's our duty that the guest's are provided the best service am so impressed. Restaurant during breakfast Fatma and Sibel was wonderful hosts and served me for over two weeks, also Mesut was good. Can't forget the minibar guys Aydin and Serdin they used to have a chat and laugh with me also. All the managment was wonderful, greeted me and welcomed ensured had a enjoyable and memorable stay. Yusuf the bellboy was nice chap and met him on arrival and during my stay. Sorry if I forgot to mention anyone but the whole staff were really nice. The GM Cihan, Halime and Serhan Dora communicated with me before my stay, during my stay and after my stay. Many thanks. Sadly I miss all the staff in particulary Halime, GM and Ms Azade who organised cherished moments.
