特別吵，衞生狀況也不好，設施簡陋簡陋簡陋，窗户關不嚴，完全不是描述的那樣，還不如學校對面的小公寓。極其不好的一次訂購。因為在學校旁邊，孩子推薦的，説應該不錯，結果完全不是。

離玉師很近，就在學校旁邊，交通也便利，樓下就是公交站，就是隔音有點不好。
