Initially, we booked the family suite but had to change the room due to an issue with the toilet. The boss was very helpful and quickly arranged a new room for us. The new room was much more comfortable, so we are thankful to the boss for that. Regarding cleanliness, we wish the rooms could be cleaner. The hotel should pay more attention to hygiene, especially that of the toilet. Another inconvenience was that there were many mosquitos in the room. Fortunately, the hotel provided a mosquito killer racquet and killer mats, so we were able to eliminate most of the mosquitos. Perhaps the mosquitos find some breeding grounds on the beautiful patio in the middle of the house. The location of the hotel is good. It's very quiet but close enough to most of the attractions in the city of Lijiang. The service attitude is very good. The boss and the cleaning lady are very kind and attentive. The lady prepared a nice breakfast for us, so thank you. The boss helped us book a taxi for the day we were leaving early in the morning. We really appreciate the kind service provided by the staff. Regarding price for value, we think it might be a bit overpriced given the condition of the rooms. Overall, this hotel is very beautiful. The furniture is traditional and beautiful. The central patio is exquisite and we loved the traditional Chinese design. The staff is kind and attentive.

Good place, service is really nice. But is not used to receive foreigners (passport,etc.) The hotel is really traditional, and I highly recommend it in peak season when it is warmer as isolation is not the best.

Nice budget option on the edge of the city centre. The location in a side street makes for a very quiet night. The room was spacious and very clean. The heated seat and heating in the bathroom were quite a highlight. The beds were supercomfy. And the traditional design especially of the courtyard is beautiful. What we think could be improved: our room in the ground floor was a bit dark. The windows could not be opened and on morning there were people shifting card boxes from on place to the other one just in front of our window, so privacy felt a bit limited. Despite the CCTV, an actual locked storage room would have been much appreciated on our check-out day so the bags would not have been standing in the open front desk room while the gates are open and noone is there to have an eye on the luggage. Overall though, we had a really nice time in Lijiang. The Jade Mountains with their Blue Moon Lakes are spectacular.

Very traditional and cute hotel at the end of a dead-end alley. Quiet and relaxing, with an amazing host. Warmly recommend!

The room was very clean, and the air in the courtyard was fresh. There were two courtyards, so there was plenty of room for the children to play. The owner was very kind; I even got permission from him to pick an apple before leaving 😊

The environment was great, the rooms were very clean, and the receptionist was super nice.

It features a very distinctive traditional Naxi architectural style, and I liked it as soon as I entered. The rooms were clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient, close to the old town, with breakfast shops nearby in the morning.

The courtyard was charming and the service was excellent. I was a bit tipsy and completely disoriented, so I vaguely remembered calling the inn. When I woke up the next morning, I was already in my room. The next day, I found out the young lady who ran the inn had cried because of me. I wanted to apologize to her, but she was probably too busy to see me. I'll definitely come back next time I have the chance.

Facilities: Very complete. The courtyard has a traditional Chinese style, and the decor is very nice. It's also very quiet at night. Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean with no unpleasant odors. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well after a long day of travel. Environment: The environment is very nice and quiet, not noisy at all. Service: The inn's service was also very considerate. Knowing we were going to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, they thoughtfully told us how to get there by car.

Let me start by saying that this is a wonderful hotel located 15 minutes walk from the old town. The interior is stylish, replicating the city itself. The rooms are spacious. The staff is absolutely amazing. always ready to help and answer at any moment. I felt surrounded by care and attention. I sincerely recommend it!

I love every corner of this place. I'd love to stay here again. The great price and elegant environment make me very satisfied. 👍

The environment is comfortable, clean, and hygienic.

The room was pretty good. Since we didn't go to any tourist attractions and just wanted to take a break in Lijiang, we chose this place which was relatively far away from the tourist attractions. The price/performance ratio was quite high.
