The facilities are complete, the service is warm and attentive, and the location is convenient for getting around. A few things left a strong impression: the mountain view from the window is truly stunning, and the rooftop offers a much better angle for viewing the 'golden mountain' at sunrise than downstairs. The common areas are spacious enough – the cafe, study, garden, and observation deck are all roomy, so it never felt crowded. I rested very well. There's free parking available. Overall, there's nothing to complain about; the value for money is good, and I even felt a little reluctant to check out.

I came to Baisha to relax, and this place was perfect. From my window, I had an unobstructed view of the mountains, so I could watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset glow in the evening right from my room. For the best view of the 'golden mountain' at sunrise, you need to go to the rooftop. They have free parking, which was convenient since I drove. The common areas are spacious, including the cafe, garden, study, and observation deck – plenty of room to spread out. My room was clean, came with disposables, and the bedding was 100% cotton. Overall, I had a quiet and relaxing few days, slept well, and felt completely refreshed.

Moyun - Panoramic Mountain View King Room (Checked in on the 17th, checked out on the 19th) I came to Baisha looking for a relaxing break, and choosing this room was definitely the right decision. The window offers an expansive mountain view; both the sunrise in the morning and the glow of the sunset in the evening are beautiful. For the 'golden mountain' sunrise effect, the rooftop is the best spot. There's a free parking lot, which is super convenient for those driving. The public spaces are more numerous than I expected; you can sit in the cafe, garden, or observation deck, so you never feel bored. The room was clean, the bedding was all cotton, and disposable toiletries were provided, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd come back if I have the chance.

The hotel is really easy to find, and parking is convenient. The flowers in the courtyard are absolutely beautiful, and you can see the snowy mountains directly from the third-floor observation deck. The room is well-equipped, hot water comes on instantly, and the disposable toiletries are top-notch. You can also see the mountains right from your room. Plus, the coffee the owner makes is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.

This was by far the worst place we stayed in Yunnan. Right from the entrance, there's a very long gravel path, and the entire courtyard was under renovation, making it incredibly hard to drag our luggage. After a flight, especially with altitude sickness or discomfort, who has the energy to lug heavy suitcases? It's clear they don't consider the actual situation of travelers. At other places, the owners would help carry our bags to the room without us even asking. When we complained about how difficult the path was, the owner actually said, 'Girls nowadays really bring too much luggage.' Excuse me? Isn't it normal for me to pack essentials when traveling? What does this have to do with being female? Do men not bring anything? The owner herself is a woman, yet she makes such negative remarks about women. Once inside the room, the bed faced the window, which overlooked a main road with parked cars and motorcycles. We couldn't even open the curtains for days because there was zero privacy. But if we kept them closed, the room was incredibly dim. For showering, they said because the area is newly developed, there's only a water heater and you can only shower for half an hour. If a second person wants to shower, they have to wait. Yet, we stayed at another place just down the street for two days prior and had none of these issues. The room facilities were old and not clean. They claimed they don't clean the rooms during your stay 'to avoid disturbing guests,' so I had to clean up after myself and change the trash daily. The whole room felt like a makeshift renovation. I wouldn't have stayed here if my itinerary hadn't changed last minute. The experience was absolutely terrible. The 'mountain and wilderness view' from the window also didn't match the pictures – it was just a mountain and a road, dusty from constant traffic. The owner kept saying the sunset was beautiful, but it was nowhere near as good as a snowy mountain sunset. Finally, as we were leaving, the small path was being hosed down, with no one in charge and no owner around. We had to literally run to catch our flight and ended up completely soaked. I was so angry. The renovated courtyard outside looks nice in pictures, but it's all show and no go. I'm here to travel, not spend all day in the guesthouse courtyard, especially when it's not even finished and there's mud and sand everywhere. And with Yunnan's strong winds, everything was covered in dust. I will definitely never come back.

First off, the guesthouse's ambiance is truly wonderful, completely living up to my imagination of Lijiang Old Town! The courtyard is beautifully maintained, with flowers and plants artfully arranged. Sitting there, sipping tea and soaking up the sun, was incredibly relaxing. The room decor also features strong local characteristics, with wooden structures and ethnic soft furnishings. It was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The only slight drawback was that the facilities felt a little outdated. For instance, the heating in the room was quite slow to react, and the water temperature and pressure for showering at night were a bit inconsistent. I hope the owner can gradually upgrade these. Also, there was no proactive cleaning service during my stay, which can be a bit inconvenient for guests staying multiple days. It would be perfect if there could be a simple tidying up each day. However, these minor issues don't overshadow the positives. Tingxueju's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere, and the owner is very warm and welcoming, offering many great travel tips. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Lijiang, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a peaceful environment!
