Meteorite Snow Mountain Resort (Rizhao Jinshan Roof View)

I originally booked a courtyard-view king room, but the room I actually stayed in, judging by the photos on the website, was a different room type. Aside from any potential price difference, the room had constant dripping sounds from the air conditioner at night, the boiler making noise, and dogs barking – sensitive sleepers should definitely avoid this. Secondly, the cafe was undergoing renovation during my visit, so the ambiance was far from what I expected. The rooftop was open, but it was just open, good only for taking pictures. The included breakfast and afternoon tea were decent, but unfortunately, I couldn't use the coffee voucher. If you arrive by car after 6 PM, navigating the narrow village roads and passing other vehicles can be tricky. I'd suggest backpackers just park in the main lot and walk up; driving to the hotel to drop off luggage and then returning to the parking lot isn't recommended.

The environment here is fantastic, and the service is even better! Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The room was very clean, and the rooftop view was fantastic. It was also super convenient to get around. Our housekeeper, Xiao He, was really thoughtful; she knew we were going to see the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains the next day and even prepared some food for us. Thank you!

This hotel is located in Yuhu Village, and considering the accommodation standards within the village, the hygiene, service, and facilities all exceeded my expectations. Plus, since I traveled during the off-season, they even upgraded my room for free! The only downside is that if you're traveling alone and without a car, it's not very convenient. You'll have to rely on ride-sharing apps, and the prices can be quite unpredictable. Also, when I visited, many areas in the village were still undergoing renovations, which made the already narrow stone-paved paths even more congested.

The room is spacious and comfortable, very clean and tidy, and the layout is very well-designed, with a Naxi style that feels great. The highlight of the hotel is its stunning overall environment; it's a popular spot, and the rooftop is perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. Yuhu Village is definitely worth a visit.

Staying for four nights still felt too short; the village is absolutely beautiful. It has modern cafes and Western restaurants, as well as local specialty snacks. Pushi is centrally located, making it convenient to walk up and down the streets. The courtyard is incredibly quaint and exudes a wonderful sense of cozy living. The front desk staff and managers are all warm, lovely, beautiful, and generous. The room size is just right, and the old house structure is sturdy with good facilities. Being an old house at the foot of the mountain, it can get a bit damp during the rainy season; staying on the second floor might be a bit better. The wooden house is very airy, and I really like that feeling. The shower gel, shampoo, and lotion are all quite good. Kids and seniors might find the beds a bit soft and the comforters a bit warm and not breathable enough, but everything else is great. The cafe is also very pleasant and beautifully decorated. The rooftop, needless to say, is a popular spot for photos during the day. If you're staying here, it's great because you can take photos freely when there are fewer people in the morning and evening. This is a great homestay option if you're visiting Yuhu Village.
