Best Western Yuma Mall Hotel Suites

Always enjoy staying there. The free breakfast is amazing and the staff is friendly. It’s the only hotel I will stay when visiting Yuma.

Booked a room for a couple nights for dental work.  Room was clean but had a funny smell as soon as I opened the door.  Bed, pillows and sheets was clean and comfortable.  The bed could have been placed away from the AC unit.  I love that they have a mini fridge in the room so I can freeze my ice packs and have it nice and cold by the time I get back from the dentist.

The room was very clean and everything was maintained well. The breakfast room had lots of choices of food and drinks to enjoy.

The layout of the hotel was confusing but the staff was professional and friendly and breakfast was good.

Not worth the money , the jacuzzi room deck was filthy , huge spots of dirt in all spots of the deck ,the tile in the hot tub room filthy ,the glass seals has huge mold spores growing on them , I'm guessing because you guys don't air out that hot tub room ? Broken bar stool . So I made a complaint to the front desk let them know the situation and gave them permission to please send someone down to take care of it while I left to go to dinner . Came back an hour and half later with nothing done .So before I went back to complain I took a wet rag to see if the dirt would come up , which it did . So I go back to the front desk to ask why it hadn't gotten taken care of , in which I was told that they had sent someone down and they tried to get it cleaned but it wouldn't come off . I let them know how I was able to wipe it up with a wet rag. They seemed a bit surprised and one of the girls offered a $20 discount ? Ha! I just want to be able to use the hot tub but I refuse to step foot on a filthy hottub deck as filthy as that was. So they send a kid who works as a maintenance/towel delivery boy to check it out which he then he tried telling me it was a stain . He eventually agreed to grab a mop and cleaner and did a once over on the dirtiest areas . Not being able to use the facilities in the room when I check in due to lack of what should of been done before the next guest is not satisfactory especially for what they charged for that room .

Read the reviews on this best western. Usually you know Best Western has a certain standard. This one was left out of the loop. It looks as though it was an old hotel that Brst Western bought and patched up just so rooms could be reserved and money brought in. The grounds are filthy with trash Weeds all over the place. Bathroom patched up with nothing matching. Walls dirty, paint chipped, mirror has mold on the frame. Ran into people that had just checked in and they walked out of their room and as we passed by us and asked us what we thought if the place and I said we were only here for two nights but I thought it was gross. They were on their way to get their money back and check out.

Rooms are nice, appear to be recently remodeled, and plenty of parking. The courtyard is where breakfast and evening beverages are served, along with the pool and hot tub. The food and beverage service people were outstanding, friendly, and helpful. If you have mobility issues, be sure to indicate that when you book and ask for first-floor rooms at the courtyard level. The facility is within blocks of many dining and fast-food options, as well as shopping. We were there 4 nights for dental work in Mexico, a 10-minute drive.
