飯店位置就在劍湖山的旁邊，員工態度都很親切，但在內部溝通上可能需要再加強；因為是老飯店，所以，館內硬體設施上也比較老舊些

飯店住宿時，SPA應該是免費使用，結果竟然還要算人頭，第一次碰到去飯店無法使用該設施，真有點掃興，不符合本身的期待。
