見到我開房拿身份證落哪裡的葯，他們不文不問，掉在前台的葯，看看監控不就知道了，應該抓緊送給客人，不要當誤治療，前天服務員無知武德，無責任感，在前台當時還請服務員查過我會員卡餘額，唉，我一個白血病…… 希望酒店改進
