Rooms and building is a bit old. Dinner are good, especially the beef! Breakfast is not much choice and a bit crowded.

一次超預期，堪稱完美的體驗。
孩子想去柯南小鎮而在攜程上選擇的望湖樓，來過日本多次，雖知道服務很好，也知道酒店有點老，所以預期也不高，然而在前台辦完入住後，一位叫天野和子的漂亮温柔小姐姐就開始介紹酒店及房間的各種設施，好巧晚上吃飯也是這位美女小姐姐，她的認真，敬業，專注，細膩，名種細節真的讓人感動，在旅途中能留下讓人温暖且值得回憶的故事真的很好！
酒店的餐食也很剗算，含三早三晚，性價比超高，湖邊空氣好，風景美，靜謐的小鎮安靜祥和值得下次再來多停留幾日！

來柯南小鎮玩耍，選擇了倉吉這家酒店
服務：酒店配有接站服務，可以提前郵件預約，方法是看官網有個官方預約郵箱：****************。最晚應該可以預約5點（再晚就吃不到晚餐了）到倉吉站接站。10分鐘到。地點就在倉吉站南口的特產店旁邊的公交車站。
環境：自然環境周圍的風景都很棒，兩面環湖，有太陽的時候很美。酒店建築和户外温泉所在的湯屋也很美。
設施：雖然酒店有一定年頭了，但是整體而言維護還不錯，所以並沒有特別陳舊的氣息。晚餐和早餐的地方都比較高級，感覺很棒
酒店的餐食總體來説味道不錯，分量充足，硬要説的話就是魚類偏少。

酒店位置稍偏，但自駕沒什麼問題。温泉酒店房間很大，向湖景觀一流，服務很好👍一泊二食早餐一般，但晚餐豐富，值得推薦。

特別完美的酒店🏨.因為很喜歡柯南所以來到了這家酒店.酒店的服務人員態度都特別好.會中文英語日語交流不會有問題.晚飯很好吃.最近酒店的自製温泉蛋活動也特別的有意思.早上酒店還會有免費的巴士接送.但是需要提前預約哦.
