房間大，房型免費升級了。酒店位置好，旁邊就是去主要景點的金沙索道上站，有利於登山勞累一天很好地休息。服務態度好。有迎賓小食。

清晨推窗，太美了。位置極其方便，3分鐘可以到索道。附近吃飯的農家樂很多，小超市也多，買啥都有。服務點贊，從門口安保到前台到樓層服務員，都非常客氣。酒店設施不是最新的，但是也乾乾淨淨，床品不潮，完全超出預期。曾經在三清山山上住過一晚，真的巨潮濕，這家完全不會。非常滿意！

帶着長者和小孩來旅遊，酒店環境不錯，前台小姐姐幫忙把兩個房間安排一個樓層，房間配有電風扇，在暴雨時間有個電風扇個人覺得比空調更讓我的鼻子感到舒適。因為有小朋友還有小童拖鞋，入住水果香蕉+2盒花生牛奶，還有一個三清山爬山温馨提示卡片。臨走時忘記一雙黑色運動鞋，到家時才發現忘記拿了，聯繫前台後負責任幫我問了客房部，電話聯繫後寄回，在此表示感謝！服務是滿分，距離金沙索道超級近，有充電樁和自己的停車場，附近用餐也很便利，房間硬件設備雖有一點點年份，但是都能不影響使用體驗感，其他我覺得還需要留一點點進步空間所以沒有滿分。有機會來三清山還是會選擇入住。

一開始給升級了房間，是背陰的，噪音很大，是那種鼓風機嗚嗚的聲音，要求換一個陽面的，説是定出去了，結果最後還是住了原來定的房間，衹有天窗，屋子一股子黴味，不能開窗，開窗進小蟲子，這個酒店絕不去第二次，還真不如民宿好呢
