服務好，早餐品種多，是住過所有維也納中早餐最豐富的，雖然設施有點舊，但房間衞生很好，特別是有低枕頭，睡得舒適

4月24日下午五點多抵達酒店辦理入住手續，預訂了兩件房。客觀地説，酒店設施比較新，衞生條件比較好，房間空間足夠大，床品也很乾凈。但令人憤怒地是，由於沒有完全按照工作人員要求人臉掃描（我還是掃描了人臉，但因為我夫人比較累在大廳沙發上休息沒有讓她到前台掃描），當我提出將一位88歲的老太太房間和我們的儘量近一些時，工作人員盡然以訂的房型不同，沒法安排在同一樓層（一個在8層、一個在11層）。我十分懷疑是工作人員有意刁難和報復心在作祟。因為安排的兩間房房型是一模一樣的。希望酒店負責人好好調查一下，是不是工作人員在有意刁難報復。如果真是這樣，應該要好好教育一下當班工作人員。因為萬一老太太一個人單住出點問題，酒店是要負一定責任的。離開玉山我們來到義烏，在酒店遇到的情況就完全不一樣，不僅主動將兩個房間挨在一起，前台工作人員還專門陪着老太太到房間，叮囑她一些注意事項，確有賓至如歸的感覺，值得你們學習。
