服務差的不要不要，剛剛入住就問房間要不要多少，服務員拚命的敲門，我都還沒有反應過來來 大姐就已經進我房間，到了前台，小姐姐就是愛答不理的，感覺我需要照顧她的情緒，這個就是我在玉山半島國際酒店看到的服務態度

服務態度極差 尤其是前台 好像欠她幾百萬一樣 沒説要服務多好 這種酒店也不指望 連基本的的好好説話也是無語了 半夜冷了要被子也不給 問也不問直接説沒有 房間裏的電話發給前台永遠打不通 房間裏那個電話真是擺設啊 酒店房間環境極差 那個門都是破的 樓上有人唱歌 嫌吵的可別住這裏 隔音差到無語 總體來説前台是讓我最震驚的 小城市的服務員前台是不是都沒有酒店服務意識 都不給培訓的 一個城市不能越來越好就是因為有這樣的人錯在

服務還行，跟房務部要多一床被子就給了，熱水供應好。除了這個沒有其他優點，房間一股煙味，設備老舊，房門，排氣扇等質量一般，居然還要先交按金😰，一瓶礦泉水還要兩元，這麼多年出遊住漢庭、全季等習慣了，礦泉水都是免費提供的，早餐種類少，9點結束，8點半去到啥也沒有，神操作！要不是親戚住在附近絕不會去。沒有下次！
