Reservation 2 nights September 18 to 20
The first night there was no heating, the room was very cold!
The manager offered me a breakfast as compensation on my request.
The 2nd night the heating was turned on.
Too bad, because a hotel without heating is very disconcerting!
It is indeed an essential element for a hotel to offer rooms with a pleasant temperature.

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit a l'hôtel Campanile de Thionville.
Très bonne configuration qui fait penser a l'entrée d'une maison (pas de parties communes)
Propreté ok, accueil ok, mais mobilier vieillot qui mérite un petit rafraîchissement.

Cet établissement, ne propose pas de micro-onde à disposition des clients. Cependant, lorsque je demande de réchauffer mon plat dans les cuisines, on me réponds que cela n'est pas possible pour des questions d'hygiène. Travaillant moi même en restauration, je suis interpellé. Étant souvent en déplacement, et très souvent au Campanile d’Épinal, cela n'a jamais posé de problème.

Super séjour! Accueil très sympathique et professionnel. La chambre était très propre. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner nous ont parfaitement satisfait. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour une prochaine occasion
