先説不好的，住的5號房，裏面設施有點老舊了，衞生間門把手是一根繩子，洗手枱的燈有一個是壞的，爬閣樓的梯子是個鐵架子，感覺不是很穩當（別的房間是木樓梯）。
滿意的是反映的問題解決速度很快，浴缸水下不去，浴室堵住了等等，幾乎都是立刻解決了。部落裏環境很好，有很多野生樹莓和蛇莓，娃這次摘了很多樹莓吃。親子營活動很豐富，老師也非常專業。

環節和服務都很好，但是設施比較老舊了，住了兩個房型，都碰到水太小，甚至熱水出故障，雖然反映之後，馬上做了補救措施，還是有些影響體驗感。

酒店設計住宿不錯，餐廳味道也不錯。但是作為一個親子酒店，親子娛樂設施幾乎沒有，衹有每天兩場的親子活動，活動內容設計也一般，我們參加了一場植物拓印，出去也很不方便，要一小時，周邊也沒啥可玩兒的。
