環境衞生沒的説，小院打理的井井有條，衹是不包含早餐，農家菜價格太貴了，希望能夠平價。

位置比較偏，離鎮村中心有一段距離，優勢在於屋子後面的溪水山林景色優美。可惜老闆空有熱情但沒有什麼服務意識，房間裏沒有配面巾紙礦泉水，要找老闆要才給，不然就衹有廁所裏一卷廁紙可用。馬桶漏水不説，而且嚴重堵塞，太糟心了。沒人做飯，所以廚房不供應餐食，要吃自己上村裡去找。淡季也不至於把零星客人不當客人吧！我不知道攜程給這家民宿5分是什麼道理，被攜程上的好評忽悠訂了一晚，再也不會來第二次。

很不錯的自建小院，就在馬路邊，停車也很方便。老闆人很熱情，講述了鹿亭中村四季的美麗，以後還會入住的。

餘姚望山居客棧房間明亮又整潔，洗澡水很大。整個客棧環境非常好，特別是後花園依山傍水 ，空氣非常好天然氧吧，還可以在後花園就餐，品嚐當地美食老闆燒了一手好菜，一定要吃當地散養的土雞，味道真是沒得説又香又鮮，總得來説這次住得非常滿意，下次還會光臨此民宿。

老闆和老闆娘特別友善，脾氣也很好，還有一衹特可愛的小邊牧，下次羣裏聚會還定這家，值得一提的是老闆的手藝特別好，不過唯一美中不足的就是山中蟲比較多，要準備好花露水。
