Decided to take my wife and kids for a hot spring getaway this weekend, and chose Yuyao Yangming Hot Spring. However, to my dismay, this turned out to be the worst hot spring experience I've ever had. We arrived at 9 PM, and while there was a greeter at the entrance, they just stood there watching instead of helping with our luggage. They kept urging us to move the car because parking was difficult, even though we hadn't even unloaded our bags yet. I didn't think much of it at the time, but once we got to our room, I was shocked. It was old, run-down, and frankly, disgusting, with incredibly dirty floors. Oh well, I thought, we're here now, might as well make do for one night. But then, the absolute worst happened. After the staff cleaned the hot tub and filled it, as soon as we got in, we spotted a long centipede right next to us! My child was terrified. I considered asking the front desk to switch rooms, but it was late, and I didn't want the hassle. After that centipede incident, I barely slept a wink all night. All in all, I will never be coming back. When even basic safety isn't guaranteed at a hot spring, the experience is truly awful!

The hotel overall is a bit dated, especially the carpet in the room which was quite dusty and triggered my allergic rhinitis. The service was good, befitting a 5-star hotel. Overall, it's decent value for money.

It’s a nice place if you want to relax in the mountains. Worth visiting

I really loved it! So relaxing. I was so happy the moment I opened the door, and it's pet-friendly too. The private hot spring bath was also very secluded. It's especially relaxing here in the cold winter. I genuinely wish I could vacation here every day.

After enjoying a weekend at Siming Lake, we headed to Yangming Hot Spring Resort. The resort itself is quite spacious. We bought a package that included hot spring tickets, and even though it was a weekend, there were quite a few people at the hot springs. The hot spring area isn't huge overall, but the environment is pleasant. Our room was large, clean, and tidy, and it even had a small balcony. You can take leisurely strolls around the resort; it's a great place to relax and unwind.

Mostly for family/elderly. Although it's called SPA, these's no massage service. I tried to have a beer but there's no bar or anything alike

Our stay at Ming Resort was a fairly pleasant experience, with satisfactory service and comfort. The cleanliness was a bit under par, but overall, the stay was alright.

A very comfortable and high quality Chinese hotel. Perfect starting point for hilly bicycle and hike trips.

We were planning to stay for 1 night, but ended up staying for 3. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided wheelchair for my elderly parent to use during our stay. Thanks to the wheelchai ruse, my dad was able to visit more sites. Thank you so much for the unexpected service. Our courtyard hot spring room was huge, and the private hot spring pool was very convenient.

It is surrounded by mountains and water, very quiet. I came here in a hurry this time and didn’t have time to soak in the hot springs, nor did I go to the Foguang Zen Temple opposite. I plan to come back next time!
