1、下午四點入住，一直沒人聯繫説房號和密碼，不知道沒有前台，在大廳等了半個小時，找攜程客服才打電話聯繫上。
2、態度很差，説衞生打掃要時間，四點沒入住怪我們沒給他們打電話，叫我們退房。
3、床壞了，一直晃，移動了沙發才頂住。
衞生挺乾淨的，寒假來過一次，那時候的那個客服提前聯繫了態度也很好，所以暑假又訂結果換了個客服，態度太差了，下次不來了。

The room is very nice, and the transportation is very convenient. There is a shopping mall next to it. If something was left behind, the landlord sent it back. The service is very thoughtful and the people are very friendly. You can book with confidence
