離雪場近，自助check in，毛巾牙刷沒有。

The service attitude of the landlady is very good, she responds quickly and is friendly and helpful, but the staff is not so good. The location is very close to the ski resort and is suitable for families to choose to live in.

I used it for skiing at Kagura Mitsumata Ski Resort for a while. It's right in front of the Mitsumata area, and it's a few minutes walk to the ropeway stop. It is an attractive accommodation because it is very close and you can just carry your board and go skating. There was also a drying room, so it was very easy to slide down, put down your board and boots, and then enter the guest house through another door. Since I was staying without meals, breakfast and dinner were not included. This is a room just for sleeping. It's an old Japanese-style room with 6 tatami mats, and it creaks a little when you walk on it. The walls are thin, so you can hear people talking and the sound of the TV. Also, I don't recommend it for people who don't like insects. Insects like stink bugs often come in from somewhere. There is also insecticide, so if you are not good at it, I think it would be better to spray it. Check-in and check-out are self-administered, so you won't meet anyone at the guesthouse. If you are paying locally, you must ring the doorbell or call the number at the front desk if the person is not there. Basically, there is no one at the front desk. I occasionally met the staff, but they were all from China. As long as I spoke slowly, I was able to understand what was being said, so there were no inconveniences in the exchange. It was helpful to be able to leave my luggage after check-in and check-out. It is better to use this service if you have large luggage. If you want to skate on the day you go home, I think you can save money on lockers by leaving them there.

From check-in to check-out, I never met any of the staff at Kagura House. (The cleaner took care of it for me...) Also, the Chinese people I was staying with were too noisy. The kids were running around and it was noisy even after 9pm, so I couldn't sleep.

It was good that it was self check-in. It would be even better if you could check in even if you arrive late at night.

The manager was very kind and nice. I want to use it again!
