The staff are all polite, helpful and attentive. There are elevators going up and down all floors. There are special buses to JR Shinkansen stations and some ski resorts. Please communicate with customer service to make an appointment. It is elegant and has an antique feel, but the facilities are in good condition and operating normally. Large lockers are provided, which can be used to store snowboards or large luggage when there is no room. The buffet breakfast was okay. Although it was the same every day, it was convenient for us to go back to the room quickly to change clothes and go skiing. The location is close to JR station.

The staff service is very good and very professional.
The hotel rents ski equipment, which is cheaper than ski resorts and other ski equipment stores.
Buying ski tickets at the hotel also offers discounts.
There is also a private shuttle bus. When you see everyone waiting in a long queue for the bus, your private car is already waiting for you at the door. It feels especially warm when the snow falls.

- A chic and cozy hotel. It snowed heavily on Christmas and it was very cold. I arrived at Bu Station in the morning. The hotel staff was helpful in sending a car to pick up and drop off. They are friendly to children. The hotel has complete facilities. There is a hot spring and a Christmas atmosphere. The place where the snowboards are stored is clean. Next time Come again!

The quality of the food and beverages completely exceeded expectations. Staying on weekdays is really great value. Most of the waiters are uncles, elegant and polite. It can be seen that the hotel once had its glory in the past, but it has declined over time.
