Why is the rating so high?
There are no amenities in the bathroom, and the food is normal...there was no children's menu, so dinner was hard.
I didn't ask for flexibility, the building was old and the walls were thin... It felt like a democratic hotel.

The room is comfortable, and there are large baths and open-air baths for bathing. Breakfast buffet, staff service is very good. The boss family is very kind. どのサイトを見ても高評価だから一度泊まりたかった旅館。岩原をホームにしているため便利。道路側から見るとこじんまりして見えますがかなり奥行きあります。部屋は10畳くらいで家族三人で充分。部屋にトイレはなく共同で、洗面台があります。スキー客が殆どですが乾燥室が広いのはありがたい！ 難点は壁が薄くうるさいです。両隣がとても気になるし声が丸聞こえです(@_@) おかげで寝れなかったです。。 土日で一万は安価です。オーナーさんの凄い努力を感じました。

The best thing about this hotel is the hot springs. It's best to bathe in a comfortable hot spring filled with attentive care from early morning until late at night! ! You can relax in the spacious Japanese-style room. The interior of the building (corridors, etc.) is kept well-lit even at night, so you don't have to be afraid to go to the bathroom. Breakfast was also delicious. There was a large selection of items, including yogurt and natto, so I was very satisfied with the nutritional aspects. The first thing I was dissatisfied with was the slippers inside the hotel. The slippers on my right and left feet were put together so that the side that touched the floor overlapped with the side that touched my feet, and it was very dirty and I hated it. Moreover, it looked very poor as it was piled up carelessly at the entrance. I was also very dissatisfied that the washlet on the floor I was staying on was broken and I couldn't use it, so I had to go all the way to the bathroom downstairs.
