昨年に引き続きリピーターで使用させてもらいました。 楽天やじゃらんなど、多くのサイトで独自のサービスやリフト券をつけているので、どのサイトで登録するかで金額が変わるようです。 家族4人で、食事なし、和室6畳+洋室8畳の部屋に1泊しました。こたつが温かくゆったり過ごせました。越後湯沢の駅に、到着時間を伝えておくと迎えに来てくれます。新幹線を降りて皆バス待ちしている中で、このサービスはありがたいです。帰りも時間を言っておくと送ってくれます。送迎無料です。車で10分くらいで到着しますが、スキー場(第一リフト やや硬めの雪の中級者ゲレンデ)まで徒歩1分なので、立地と送り迎えだけでも泊まる価値があります。 また温泉(源泉)入力料は、一人あたり360円取られますが、翌朝チェックアウトしても帰りまで荷物を預かってくれ、帰りがけの風呂も追加料金なしで入れます。 うちはご飯をつけずに、徒歩5分のコンビニ(ファミマ)で夕食、朝食を済ませました。十分活用できます。 オーナーはややぶっきらぼうな印象の方で、口コミでもいろいろあるようですが、しっかり情報を伝えて、サービスの多くを期待しなければ十分楽しめると思います。受付の女性も1年前のことを覚えてくださったり、丁寧に対応いただけました。 ホテル自体は、昭和感の古い感じのするものではあります。温泉は熱めです。サウナは別料金(1回500円かつ2時間前には予約しておく)であることを知ってないとがっかりします。部屋にはドライヤーはありますが、浴室には備え付けはありません。 昨年は、部屋でドライヤーを使ったら、ブレイカーが落ちましたが、バーを戻して対応しました。今年はブレイカーも大丈夫でした。 レンタルスキーは、ワックスをかけてくれ、手入れされています。靴はやや古い感じもありましたが、合わなければ翌日は調整してくれました。 この金額と立地、送迎を考えると、サービスの多くを期待しすぎないことが肝要かと思います。うちの家族はリピートしたいと思えています。

人生で一番、最低なホテルでした。 時間を決めてあったにも関わらず、オーナーの独断で送迎をさせずに、私たちを雪の中45分間以上も待たせ、その間もタクシーを呼んでも正月でつかまらずフロント電話や携帯電話、ショートメール、留守電も1時間以上無視でした。 挙げ句の果には、サービスの一環だから遅れようが悪くないと怒る私達を夜中にホテルから追い出そうとしました。 そのため、子供たち二人はロビーで泣き出しました。 他にも多数の酷い態度や言動をされました。詳しくはGoogleのクチコミに入れています。 私は、非人道的なこのホテルの清水オーナーを一生許しません。
