空調開了一個小時不制熱又換了一個房間空調還是不行，湊合過了一夜凍死我了。桌子上一層灰塵感覺好久沒人住過了，電費自己負擔每個房間都有個電錶，用多少電自己另外付款。

房間很舊，衞生間設施很舊很臟。用空調要另外計算一小時一塊錢電費，我大概總共用了不超過三小時空調，我退房的時候算我九塊錢，我提出對用空調有異議，後來收了八塊錢。我不是在乎幾塊錢的事情，一是用空調是否要單獨收費？二是確實是亂收了電費錢，我一般情況下也不喜歡用空調，睡覺的時候更不會用。
