前台服務態度很差，在辦入住的時候前台接到有客人從房間打來電話諮詢火車班次，她直接回復不知道你自己網上查🥲，就是佔了地理位置，在贊丹火車站旁邊的優勢，房間設施最多3星酒店水準

このホテルへの宿泊はおすすめしません。2泊目はシート交換なし、ゴミも回収なし、タオル、アメニティも補充なし。最低だったのは、捨てたはずのゴミを清掃員がトイレの中に捨てた事です。受付にもいいにいきましたが、自分達の仕事が忙しいから私達の話を聞いていられないと言い始めました。受付でそんな態度ありますか？
男性スタッフは対応良かったですが、女性スタッフが教育されていません。世界中の様々なホテルに宿泊していますがこんなに態度の悪い受付ははじめてです。
唯一、立地、朝食会場、周りの環境は素晴らしいと思いました。

一出火車站就是，但服務很一般，3號晚上入住4號撤離，想把行李寄存，因為5號還要入住這家酒店，前台説行李滿了不給辦理，讓寄存在中央火車站，週末到處都是人，又去中央火車站找寄存行李處，耽誤自己行程1個半小時，房間也就是3星水平，不推薦住這裏

Très bien situé tout près de la gare, hyper pratique pour se rendre en train à Amsterdam (13 minutes). Parking extérieur privé. Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très bien insonorisé.

The hotel is very new. The outlook of the hotel is already a photo. The location is very close to train station, just a few minutes walk. Surely will come back next time. The hotel is fantastic!

近くにスーパーやレストランがあり、駅も近いためとても便利でした。市内からこのホテルまで電車で10分強で着きます。
駅を出てホテルと反対側に行くと可愛らしい建物がたくさんあります。
アムステルダムに行く機会があったら、また利用したいです。

The hotel reception service was excellent, but unfortunately, when I asked one of the kitchen staff for some hot water, he suggested I buy it from the bar counter instead.
