Prefect location, nearby zaandam station. Go to ams central just 2 stop. Have 1 supermarket in front the hotel.

Amazing experience at the hotel, check in was so smooth and professional. Staff don’t need to help as everything is clean up to date or brand new! The building outside was chocolate box! And the surrounding town was as pretty as a fairy tale! What a wonderful experience.

The hotel is very new. The outlook of the hotel is already a photo. The location is very close to train station, just a few minutes walk. Surely will come back next time. The hotel is fantastic!

The hotel reception service was excellent, but unfortunately, when I asked one of the kitchen staff for some hot water, he suggested I buy it from the bar counter instead.

You should teach your front desk to be more polite and know how to engage in proper conversation with guests, and I specifically mean Zoe. She needs a refresher on how to converse politely. While I appreciate the upgrade given, I didn’t accept it because it didn’t match our requirements so we stuck with our initial booking. When I politely declined, her body language and facial expression sent a message of annoyance as if it’s not her problem. And when I asked how many square meters the rooms are, she rudely and abruptly said, “I don’t know, check the website.” I was taken aback and when she realized what she did, she immediately found the answer and told me. Have her take a seminar on proper customer service or remove her from the front desk immediately.

Super awesome environment

5 mins walk to Zaandam station, very convenient location. 12 mins to Amsterdam central. The breakfast was so expensive so I didn’t opt for it. The water pressure in the bathroom was very high, hot water came through very fast. The bed was harder than expected tho. Overall it was a nice stay.

It’s near the train station.The room has sufficient place to put our suitcases and bags. The shower room doesn’t have door, so when I were taking shower, the whole floor would be wet.

The location is very good, take around 2 to 3 minutes can get the train station, supermarket and a restaurant respectively.

Everything was excellent, just beside train station and easy to access to any facilities and shop. Room was spacious and the price is reasonable, will come again for sure.

Beautiful and recognizable hotel, the room is big, clean and tidy! It got everything you need and I had good rest on the comfortable bed! There are lot of tables at lobby so you can chill and chat with friends!

Very kind and clean Would like if the hotel had slippers!

Not that bad a location. Close to a train station and bang opposite a supermarket. Great breakfast.
