Quede encantada, un sitio realmente único, las habitaciones espaciosas, cama muy cómoda, los detalles bien cuidados, el personal muy amable, la relación precio-calidad si está equilibrada. El hotel está a 15 minutos andando al centro.

Ya están antiguas las instalaciones, se ve que hace mucho no las renuevan, hace mucho frío en invierno y no hay calefacción, tienen un feigobar que hace mucho ruido y despiertas constantemente por eso y la cama no es una cama tan cómoda para las 5 estrellas que dicen ser. El restaurante es muy lento, tardaron una hora para servir el desayuno u solo había 3 mesas. Lastima, el lugar es lindo

Disappointed with my experience 😩. We were in Zacatecas and planned to stay at Santa Rita for the week however my mother in law suggested Quinta Real due to it being a 5 star hotel. So we decided to stay half our trip at Santa Rita and end at Quinta Real (We booked the Grand Class King Suite with jacuzzi tub). So I’m not 100% bummed about the decision but definitely wont be staying at Quinta Real again. The location is questionable, room smelled dingy, bull ring not impressive, everything is pretty much original so old, and we were charged for 3 aaa batteries 🙄. The staff was all great, food at restaurant was good but the hotel is definitely not worth the price!
