Muy lindo el hotel, pero el servicio que me ofrecieron sobre lo que yo compre fue pésimo!! No ofrecen tarifas correctas y lo único que comentan: "fue un error...." y argumentan que los empleados son recien egresados de la escuela, hacen que tu experiencia no sea la misma.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, está caminando todos los atractivos de la ciudad, por estar en el callejón del espejo es muy silencioso, y las habitaciones muy cómodas, y las sábanas huelen muy rico. Tiene buena vibra, nos explicaron que fue construido bajo la filosofía del feng shui

Me encanto el hotel, es pequeño, privado, tiene magia desde que entras al callejón. La ubicación es perfecta, se puede ir caminando a todos lados. La habitación fue perfecta, amplia, cómoda, limpia, luz natural, se duerme delicioso.

Kind and always helpful service at all times. This beautiful hotel is greatly located near walking distance of nearly all the city center. They are always willing to help and find ways to make sure you are safe, happy, and enjoying your stay. Will definitely keep using this hotel for my visits.

Lo que no me gusto el primer dia no habia agua caliente se tardo alrededor de 45 minutos.
Al dia siguiente no habia agua para bañarnos
Por lo cual fue molesto y preocupante por que son cosas ensenciales

Las instalaciones están bonitas. No se podía entrar al estacionamiento porque un carro estaba mal estacionado, la otro día igual la calle de acceso muchos carros mal estacionados que bloquean el acceso al hotel. La entrada al estacionamiento está muy empinada, mi carro raspó al entrar y salir.
