I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. *******'s help desk were great in calling the hotel and getting me additional room at a reduced price (not free but it should have been). Thank you *******. Hotel staff were rubbish. The condition of the doors locks and general maintencenwas poor. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Good hotel, great service from staff. Rooms might not be the most updated, but the price is not to bad. The pool area is really nice.
