Just returned from a week holiday and everything was really nice from the welcoming to the restaurants and more. The hotel has the main buffet restaurant that it's really good with many options but it has also 3 a la carte restaurants that you have to make a reservations for them. Also the 3 bars that the hotel provides they very nice and the staff they are amazing. Perfect resort to spend your holidays in Zante.

Wonderful hotel, friendly and always smiling staff. Neat rooms and air-conditioned with comfortable beds. Hotel beach with sunbeds, towels and umbrellas, water aerobics every day. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very important. Special thanks to Mrs. who was extremely kind and accommodating when arranging the appointment. The restaurant staff is very friendly, especially Mrs. And a special review for the very dear, friendly and helpful luggage porter

Excellent hotel, all recommendations if you want a luxurious holiday for the family. Everything is as in the pictures, luxurious, tidy and clean. What you can't see in the pictures is the staff who get a perfect ten from us! From the reception, restaurant, pool, parking lot Congratulations! Especially for Mr. Mark from the sales department, who was our first contact. He explained everything we needed and fulfilled all requests. Best regards for him! We will definitely be back...

We had a wonderful weeks stay with friends. The greeting we had fairly late at night was wonderful. So friendly and welcoming. We were the last people to eat in the restaurant that evening but it was not a problem. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. The food was fab! The salad variety in the buffet was exceptional and the Meze restaurant was fantastic! Sat looking over the ocean. Our room was fine. Small and very little storage which has been mentioned before and we pack lightly when travelling! We were in room 411 which did not have a particularly pleasant outlook as did any of this block, so not so good if you like to sit on your balcony.What REALLY came across from the four of us was how relaxed we all felt from start to finish. This is down to the wonderful different areas to sit and to the most amazing staff.

Our stay in a 5* hotel had a very promising start, it was raining and we were met with umbrellas and our luggage portered in. We were sat on a sofa in a lovely reception area and plied with drinks while we checked-in in comfort, then taken in a golf buggy to our room. Unfortunately nothing after that was as impressive. Our room was clearly designed to look trendy but little thought had gone into the practicalities of staying in it. The shower and sink were in the bedroom which is just about acceptable if holidaying with a partner but not so good if with a friend or other family member who you don’t want to be showering etc in full view of. The toilet thankfully was not in bathroom but the light was in the wrong place so a man standing at the toilet is in the darkness of their own shadow. There was nowhere to hang wet towels to dry and these were not changed every day but refolded wet by the cleaner, and put back on a shelf. The dressing table had no mirror, instead was a massive tv, and the full length mirror had the luggage storage in front of it. The housekeeping was not what is expected in a 5* hotel. On arrival there were large sticky marks on both the floor and one of the bedside cabinets and the shelving in the wardrobe was too dusty to put clothes on; as it was late at night I had no option but to clean these myself myself. Some days the floor was swept, most days not, by the end of our week here the whole room was covered in a thick film of dust. Some days the towels were changed but it was a lottery whether you were given hand or bath towels and how many of each. The communal areas and stairwells in each block of rooms did not appear to be cleaned for the duration of our stay. In the buffet restaurant the staff were all lovely and helpful, no complaints with them, the food however was never hot and the choices although plentiful were very repetitive, after a very bad meal where the beef was so tough it couldn’t be bitten through we avoided the meat dishes. We opted for an al la carte restaurant choosing the street food canteen. Here not only was the food bad it was served in cardboard boxes and we were given wooden cutlery to eat with. Wooden cutlery feels awful in the mouth and does not have a chance of cutting through the leathery meat we were served. Not 5* in an a la carte restaurant even if it does serve street food. On the positive side the meze restaurant at lunchtime and the Italian evening restaurant served some very good food and both had proper cutlery and crockery. The bars in the hotel are pleasant but there is no table service, queuing at a bar is disappointing when you pay for a 5* service. If I had booked this hotel as a 3* I would have left with no complaints but if they are going to sell themselves as 5* a lot of improvements should be made to avoid the disappointment we and most of the other guests we spoke to left with.

We visited this hotel a few years ago before it was Domes Aulus so we knew the location and beach were great. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated - however I think sometimes the style of something has been considered to be more important than its use. The rooms are beautiful but there is such limited storage that we couldn’t really unpack and our stuff was everywhere with no organisation! Some drawers, shelves and even some hooks would help. Food was great in main buffet - staff were helpful and worked hard. Meze restaurant good, staff not quite as attentive. Drinks in the bar were fabulous - great cocktails Drinks at beach bar - awful - we didn’t understand how they could be so different, worst cocktails we ever tried View from room, one of the best sea views we ever had - room 510 Bathroom - one of the smallest ever! Shower space good though There are some nice extras, full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand wash, only used the hand wash, nice quality. Bath robes, slippers, toothbrushes & bits of pieces you might need or forgotten. Sunbeds were always available - could do with pads on - felt quite hard. Loads of beach towels available which was great. Would we visit again - we would - but would hope for a few improvements for this to be a 5 star.

I enjoyed my vacation at this hotel. There is nothing we could complain about. The main advantage is the hotel's location directly on a long sandy beach, calm sea, and overall excellent service. We have appreciated hospitality of the hotel staff, excellent food and high quality of rooms. The hotel is well suited for vacations of couples who do not enjoy loud disco music in night, adolescent kids jumping into the pool, etc. If you prefer reading books, walking on the beach, or swimming in the sea, this is an ideal place.

A really wonderful hotel on a beautiful and wonderful beach, which is only a few meters away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy with a wonderful view of the beach. A restaurant with nice balconies and a spacious terrace... the safe welcomed us and gave us instructions. everyone's taste and a large selection. The staff is at the level, especially the gentlemen who kindly gave instructions about the pizzas. I hope to see you next year.
