Very nice villa with great view. The owners Giannis & Linda are very friendly and also provide good tips, where to go and eat. What we really liked is that there was a bottle of wine, some food and water available upon arrival . Same for thea, coffee etc, this is really welcoming. We stayed in the smaller villa and had a great time. The location versus Zante town is perfect (you can walk) and the coffee bar and mini market (Lofos) is 100m away for a nice morning cappucino. For us Zakynthos is not the most beautiful island of Greece but Chris&Jo Villa made our holiday at Zakynthos. We stayed 6 days with our 2 adult children who could stay/go out in Zante, Argassi or Laganas where we could enjoy the view from the villa. Definitely rent a boat (we used Laganas boat rentals) to see the turtles and visit some of the beaches and caves.

The villa is immaculate and is presented just like it is on the website.pictures .and in a quiet location.The villa is a short 15 min walk or taxi ride into Zante town which has a great atmosphere very relaxed and some good places to eat . The owners are so friendly and willing to help if required and maintain the villas to a very high standard. The view over the trees towards the sea is something to behold whilst relaxing by the pool.

Bei Linda & Gianni fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Villa (mit 3 DZ) ist gut ausgestattet, der Pool ein Highlight. Bei Ankunft wartete eine Flasche Wein & ausreichend Wasser für uns im Kühlschrank. Es gab Zitronen und Tomaten aus dem Garten und leckere Bonbons. Es ist klasse, dass zwischendurch geputzt wird und die Handtücher ausgetauscht werden. Toller Service! Auch die Erreichbarkeit der Besitzer per Whatsapp und ihre Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants machen einen Aufenthalt angenehm. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der doch sehr starke Lärm von der Straße unterhalb.
