The staff were quite friendly, but the facilities were really bad. There's a convenient and cheap convenience store downstairs, and the location is great with many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is one of the larger properties in Zakynthos, with well-maintained facilities and clean, comfortable rooms. During my stay over Easter, the city center was quite lively and noisy, but the front desk staff were very kind and proactively helped me move to a larger and quieter room, which made a big difference to my experience. The reception is staffed 24 hours, which adds a strong sense of security and convenience. They also assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of €15, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a reliable and reassuring place to stay.

The bathroom was a bit small, but the location was convenient and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

Great hotel! The location is convenient for getting around. When we checked in, we found the toilet was leaking, but the front desk staff quickly helped us switch rooms and even upgraded our room type.

Great location, nice room and breakfast! The lady at the breakfast was really rude and mean though. No customer service at all! The gym situation was so weird. It was made for 1 person only! And by appointment, so I arrived at 10am and they told me all appointments are booked till 6pm, when I asked how is this possible they told me if you want to exercise you should have stayed home!!! What kind of answer is this to a customer? I want to exercise at any time WHY should any person even say this, I was shocked. Besides this it was good. Very tiny pool not like pics.

It's pretty good. The services at the Zakynthos hotel are decent, especially considering it's the off-season. They can even help you call a taxi to the airport. The breakfast is okay and varies! However, the bathroom is a bit small. There were two days of power outages for maintenance, but for this price, you can't ask for more.

The location is excellent, right downstairs from the town center. The receptionist was very nice and friendly to Chinese people. The breakfast was delicious, but the Wi-Fi in the bedroom didn't work that day. Everything else was great.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helping us book a taxi and change rooms. However, the hotel's water pipes seemed to be connected to seawater; it was salty. I washed a pair of black pants, and when they dried, they were covered in white salt.

The hotel has a great location, in a lively area, and it's convenient for dining and buying souvenirs; the rooms are spacious and have balconies; and the beach is within walking distance, with the Greek sea truly beautifully blue.
