The standard of the hotel is more 3 star, definitely not 4. At the front of the hall we were greeted by a huge mold on the wall. The room was good, a huge plus for the daily cleaning, the only problem for us was the air conditioning which had a musty smell. The breakfasts are tasty but zero variety, for 7 days we had the same products to choose from. A huge minus for the tiny selection of fresh fruits (only bananas, apples and sometimes watermelon), a pity not to use the potential of this region. As for dinners, the region's potential has not been exploited here either. Not once for dinner there were Greek dishes, I think it is worth thinking about the idea of Greek evenings once a week. The dishes were often cold, even though we showed up for dinner right after the start. Some dishes were overcooked or dry by keeping them in the oven for too long. Pool very nice, clean. Balls and swim rings were prepared for guests. The service was very nice and the drinks at the bar were delicious.

Vraiment si vous ne voulez pas être déçu fuyez. Cet hôtel est miteux. Ce n’est pas du tout comme sur les photos, c’est très mal nettoyer et ce n’est pas propre. De plus vous voyez que l’hôtel a bien vieilli et que rien n’a été fait pour l’entretenir. Vous voyez de rouilles sur le frigo, du calcaire un peu partout dans la salle de bain. Cet hôtel a gâcher mes vacances.

Bardzo miła obsługa, basen wspaniały i czysty. Jeśli chodzi o posiłki to śniadania powinny być bardziej różnorodne. Minusem jest brak świeżych owoców. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane, co jest dużym plusem, ponieważ w tak bliskiej odległości do plaży często wnosi się duże ilości piasku. Na barze znajdziecie fajnego barmana Cristiano, robi smaczne drinki.

Obsługa bardzo miła, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Basen hotelowy na duży plus, z ładnym widokiem. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, śniadania są smaczne, natomiast przydałaby się większa różnorodność i więcej świeżych owoców (niestety większość z nich jest z zalewy). Na kolacje niestety kuchnia regionalna jest nie do spotkania. Na barze bardzo smaczne drinki przygotowane przez sympatycznego barmana Cristiano.

My wife and I have just returned from 2 excellent weeks at the Karrass Hotel. Our first room was noisy from the music played by the pool and we were changed to a quiet room the next day, The two girls on reception, Georgia and Zoe were very, very helpful and accommodating. The food was good, we thoroughly enjoyed it (it's not the Ritz but we weren't paying Ritz prices) We had no complaints whatsoever with any meals we had. There isn't much choice with the cocktails but we enjoyed what we had. We would definitely come back we had such a good time here,

There is nothing good to say about this place ! The photos on the website are nothing like the reality of what you get! Do not book ! The bathrooms are disgusting and the breakfast and staff is nothing short of awful

Hotel TRAGEDIA. Początkowo ulokowali nas w pokojach z grzybem na ścianach, pod prysznicem, zagrzybiałą klimatyzacja. Pokoj zmienili na prośbę. Jedzenie obrzydliwe, pracownicy nie dokładali jedzenia z uwagi na co nie starczało dla każdego, do picia tylko woda co dla mnie jest nieporozumieniem. Nie polecę tego hotelu najgorszemu wrogowi, nie dało się wypocząć, robiliśmy wszystko aby jak najmniej czasu spędzić w hotelu. Pracownicy na stołówce niemili, szczególnie kobieta o rudych włosach. Sprzątanie pokoju codziennie na plus.
